Woke up in the early afternoon and spent most of the rest of the afternoon lazing in bed. Had to kinda get up at about three to say 'Hi' to Nan who'd dropped by to wish me a happy birthday and to have coffee with Mum.

So I tracked down the first episode of the new season of Glee online. Wasn't easy but I managed it. Also, Fran reset halfway through the episode. I'm thinking it was probably a power surge, but I'm worried it might mean something's wrong with my girl; she's been whirring an awful lot during boot-ups recently. Didn't sleep two nights ago so I started yesterday on a buzz of insomnia and offered to go to Tesco for Mum to get stuff that we need while she's at work; since I don't have a job yet and I'm done with school I figure the least I can do until I can start paying into the household is do my best to make things a little easier.

Tuesday
Didn't get any writing done as I was waiting to go to Hanna's, so I spent the day reading and attempting fanart instead. Went to Hanna's at 5:30. We watched Pushing Daisies then made pancakes with Simon, which was fun due to lack of preparation, so they were kinda spontaneous pancakes with guesstimated amounts of flour, milk etc.

So it turns out the school are even more irritating; my exam was today (as I was informed yesterday) but it was in the morning not the afternoon (cutting my revision plans short) and we got kicked out of the exam hall and had to take the test in one of the crappy mobiles (why do we even still have those?
